Author Victoria Pynchon, Esq. litigated and tried
commercial disputes in both State and Federal Court before earning her
LL.M in dispute resolution at the world-renowned
Straus Institute for Conflict Resolution
where she now serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member. Victoria brings 25
years of litigation and trial experience and five years of full-time
mediation and arbitration practice, as well as negotiation training to
the topic of resolving disputes in daily life. After shifting gears from
litigation and trial to consensual, negotiated, interest-based dispute
resolution, Victoria is able to help the attorneys with and against whom
she once fought.
In addition to mediation, Victoria (along with business partner
Lisa Gates) founded the
She Negotiates
online community in 2010. Victoria and Lisa offer a signature course
designed to help women learn to master the art of interest-based
negotiation.
