Author Victoria Pynchon, Esq. litigated and tried commercial disputes in both State and Federal Court before earning her LL.M in dispute resolution at the world-renowned Straus Institute for Conflict Resolution where she now serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member. In addition to mediation, Victoria (along with business partner Lisa Gates) founded the She Negotiates online community in 2010. Victoria and Lisa offer a signature course designed to help women learn to master the art of interest-based negotiation.

Victoria is now a regular contributor to the She Negotiates blog hosted at ForbesWoman, which tackles both gender and generational issues in the workplace. She can also be found blogging regularly at her Negotiation Law Blog.
